Remote Support Instructions: Click on the link below and enter the
username and password given to you by the Graffen technician to download the
client. Then, click on “open” or “run”. (NOTE: you may have to click on
“open” or “run” twice on some systems) When the Graffen Collaboration window
appears, click the “Show My PC Now” button. Give the Graffen technician you are
working with the 14 digit “Share Password” to allow remote control of your PC or
